About André Greipel
André Greipel, born in 1982 in Rostock, is one of Germany’s most successful professional cyclists. The sprinter achieved 11 stage victories at the Tour de France, seven at the Giro d’Italia and four at the Vuelta a España. During his professional career, from 2005 to 2021, he won a total of 158 races. Greipel is currently the German national coach for the road cycling team and athletic director for the “Rund um Köln” cycling race. He and his wife Tina have two children, Anna and Luna.
