About Birgit Hofmann
Birgit Hofmann is glad to be a “real Berlin native” (with parents who were born there!) and to be growing old in the city. As a young woman, she gained a glimpse of her father’s show-business life while working as an assistant and writer. However, after attaining her degree in mathematics, she spent 20 years in the Ruhr region, raised two children, took a second degree in economics, and lived for a few years in Greece. So she is now even more appreciative of being close to her family and of all the possibilities that Berlin has to offer.
