About Christian Kracht
Contemporary German-language author Christian Kracht was born in 1966 in Switzerland. His novels “Fiber-Land”, “1979”, “I Will be Here in Sunshine and in Shadow”, “A Small Empire” and “The Dead” and “Eurotrash” have been translated into more than 30 languages. Christian Kracht received the Wilhelm Raabe Literature Prize in 2012 and the Swiss Book Prize and the Hermann Hesse Literaturpreis in 2016.
