About Christine Westermann
Well-known book critic Christine Westermann is 75 years old. Her book recommendations appear in the magazine Der Stern, her programs on the radio stations WDR 2 and WDR 5, and her column in Buchjournal. She was a regular cast member on the television program “Das literarische Quartett” and on the jury for the German Book Award. She won the Grimme Award and the German Comedy Prize for her show “Zimmer frei” with Götz Alsmann as well as the German Radio Award for her interviews. She has published five best-selling books. She cohosts the book podcast “Zwei Seiten” with Mona Ameziane. The two share a passion for good stories, even though there are two generations between them.
