About Fritzi Haberlandt
Fritzi Haberlandt, born in 1975, studied acting at the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Art in Berlin. She has been a permanent ensemble member at Thalia Theater in Hamburg and Maxim Gorki Theater in Berlin, where she worked with Armin Petras, Jan Bosse, Andreas Kriegenburg and Christoph Schlingensief.
Her film roles have included “Cold Is the Breath of Evening” directed by Rainer Kaufmann, Henk Handloegten’s “Learning to Lie”, Andreas Kleinert’s “Head Under Water” and Markus Sehr’s “Eine Insel namens Udo”. Alongside Mario Adorf, she played the leading role in Lola Randl’s “Lonely U”. She has won numerous prizes for her performances, including the Bavarian Film Award and two German Film Awards. Fritzi Haberlandt also has regular starring roles on television, including in the programs “Tatort”, “Polizeiruf 110” and the Amazon series “DEUTSCHLAND`86”. She is currently filming the second season of “Berlin Babylon”.
