About Hernán D. Caro
Hernán D. Caro is an author, presenter and editor. He was born in Bogotá, Colombia, and has lived in Germany since 2001. He studied philosophy and history and has a PhD in philosophy from Humboldt University in Berlin. He has written for various media in Latin America and Germany. He is currently a freelance writer for the Frankfurter Allgemeine Sunday newspaper as well as co-editor of the Goethe Institute’s Humboldt magazine. He organizes and hosts literary events in Spanish and German in Berlin.
