About Jagoda Marinić
Jagoda Marinić, born in 1977, is a writer, journalist, presenter and podcaster. She hosts the show “Das Buch meines Lebens” and the podcast “Freiheit de luxe” and co-hosts ZDF’s “Brave New World” podcast with Katrin Eigendorf and Golineh Atai. In addition, she writes columns for Stern, TAZ and Deutsche Welle, and internationally for the New York Times. After attaining her university degree in political studies and German and English literature, she worked abroad extensively, including in Croatia, the US, Canada and Romania. Today she lives in Heidelberg, where she established the Intercultural Center in her role as cultural manager and has been running the Heidelberg Literature Days festival since 2023.
