About Jerry Hoffmann
Born in Hamburg in 1989, Jerry Hoffmann is an actor, director and author. He made his debut in the movie “Shahada”, which premiered in the 60th Berlin International Film Festival in 2010. He studied acting and film directing in Munich, Berlin and Los Angeles and can be seen in many internationally acclaimed productions, including “Heil” and “Hitman: Agent 47”. He was a member of the ensemble at the Maxim Gorki Theater. He is in-demand for radio plays and dubbing work and voiced the leading role of Keith in the animated movie “The Amazing Maurice”. He can currently be seen in the Turkish Netflix show, “Yakamoz S-245”, which is being streamed globally, or as a vampire in “Beasts Like Us” on Amazon Prime. He recently finished filming the Berlin drama show “The Next Level”. His graduation project was a movie called “I Am”, a science fiction thriller that won the HBO Max Short Film Award and was nominated for a Student Academy Award in 2022. Hoffmann is a voice for inclusion and equality and is a member of the German and European Film Academies.
