About Katty Salié
Katty Salié has presented the WDR cultural format "west.art" for six years. She presents the foreign magazine "Weltbilder" for NDR and travels all over Europe with the travel magazine "Wunderschön!" for WDR. Since 2012, she has alternated with Jo Schück to present the cultural program "aspekte". She moderates cultural events, conferences and award ceremonies. These include the Lit.COLOGNE Gala, the Chamisso Prize of the Robert Bosch Foundation and the Peace Prize of the Frankfurt Book Fair. Her first book "Das andere Gesicht - Depressionen im Rampenlicht" was published in October 2023. In this personal book, she describes her own illness and talks to many prominent people about their experiences with depression.
