About Margarete von Schwarzkopf
Born in 1948, Margarete von Schwarzkopf is a freelance literary journalist who studied English and history. She was an editor for the arts section of the daily newspaper “Die Welt” and worked for many years at the broadcaster Norddeutscher Rundfunk in Hanover, where she hosted her own weekly book show on the radio station NDR 1. She is a member of the jury for the Viktor Crime Award at the “Mord am Hellweg” festival and she hosts numerous literary events.
Margarete von Schwarzkopf has authored several books, including the non-fiction books “Schokolade”, “Der Traum vom Weltreich”, “Schattenhöhle”, “Der Fluch der Kelten”, “Der Moormann”, “Schattenhöhle” and “Der Meister und der Mörder”.
